ERS - Environmental Recycling System
Rapid Fermentation and Drying Resource Conversion Equipment
What is ERS?
ERS is an innovative system that utilizes indigenous bacteria (patented microorganisms) living in the area where it is installed to sterilize, ferment, dry, and convert various wastes into resources in one day.
Processing capacity: 0.5 to 50 tons per day per unit
Large-scale processing of hundreds or thousands of tons is possible by combining multiple units.
Main features of ERS
high speed processing
The inside of the equipment is a reduced-pressure environment of 50-70°C, providing an optimal activity environment for indigenous bacteria. Even waste with high moisture content can be fermented and dried at high speed.
Zero drainage and odor
Moisture is evaporated after deodorization, no wastewater is generated, and there is no release of odors due to the vacuum treatment.
promotion of recycling
It produces uniform quality deliverables that can be utilized as fuel, fertilizer, feed, or bedding material.
Waste that can be processed
- municipal solid waste
- Manure, sewage, sludge
- animal manure
- Vegetable and food processing residues
- waste food
- Construction waste
- Pruning branches of street trees
- thatching sedge
Contribution to a resource-recycling society
For the sustainable development of society, limited resources must be used in the most efficient manner possible without wasting them.
ERS contributes to the creation of a resource-recycling society by improving eco-efficiency through the creation of energy and other resources from waste.
